2021年9月19日，联合国健康产业基金会与绿城管理控股、绿城乐居建设管理集团双方高层在杭州举行会谈，就在中国联合重磅打造联合国大健康城，以及开发建设特色健康小镇、养老小镇、政府安置房代建项目、工业产业园地产项目等事宜，进行深入交谈与磋商，达成全面共识，并现场举行了战略合作签约仪式。

根据协议内容，联合国健康产业基金会与绿城管理控股、绿城乐居建设管理集团强强联手，通过优势互补、资源整合，计划以打造联合国大健康城和特色健康小镇、养老小镇以及政府安置房代建项目、工业产业园地产项目等为抓手，在中国聚焦大健康产业发展与城市更新建设发展，促进项目所在地城市更新与产业升级，参与中国城市与经济高能级建设，共同致力于为建设“健康中国”、促进中国高质量发展发挥积极作用，创造重要价值。
